A Water-soluble vitamin
Required for the biosynthesis of collagen and L-carnitine
Effective for:
-Vitamin C Deficiency
•Smokers and passive “smokers”
•Infants fed evaporated or boiled milk
•Individuals with limited food variety
•People with malabsorption and certain chronic diseases
-Cardiovascular disease (attributable to the antioxidant content of these foods because oxidative damage)
-Age-related macular degeneration (AMD)
